Ruby Tuesday

It was such a gorgeous morning yesterday, that I couldn't resist going over to Forest Home Farms in search of something fun to photograph. I peeked inside one of the old barns, and look what I found...a ruby-licious old vehicle, but I don't know what kind it is...

That has been a beauty as new !!!

ps. I collect my dolls from flea markets here in Finland and some I have swapped with my American and Netherlands doll collector friends. There is a huge group of people all around world who collect souvenir dolls :)

Just stopped in to answer your question if my photo was taken in Bend and the answer is yes. We live here but i don't get down to that part of town often, i am not much of a shopper and most folks that come love to shot.
Nice photo of the car

I like how you aged the picture. It turned out nice. My dad had an old truck like that, it was green. He bought it new and kept it up until a drunk hit it on the street and totaled it. Thanks for commenting.

Wow, that car is way before my time. Great picture. I like how the car looks beat up and has a vintage feel, but the photo is in full color, giving it a modern feel as well.

This is a wonderful find! I'm wondering if it was the original paint. Love the reflection in the back window.
My hubby looked at it and thinks it could be an International model but he isn't sure.
Great shot!
My post is on my photoblog: Carletta’s Captures.

This Chevy truck is great in red. The classic styling cannot be improved on. If this is a California truck, the rust probably isn't bad. This vehicle + $15000 would make a stylish cruiser. Perfect for Ruby Tuesday!

This is a fantastic shot, on so many levels! I love the contrasts of tones, textures and light. This is so classic and nostalgic, filled with mood.

What a shame that it's fallen into such a state. Looks like a 50's era Chevy pickup. Quite a find if you clean it up.

*sigh*

How sad.
