Well, the "Jolly Cone" in Bridgeport has a lot of red -
as well as delicious burgers, burritos, and ice cream...

The Jolly Cone seems to be a fun place to relax while eating.
I double clicked your photo and have admired the red water pump in the background. I also like when an outdoor place is so nice and tidy.

Red gives you energy, energy needs feeding, thus it follows that red would make people more hungry and be good for sales. Nice shot.

Yah, I'm hungry, but that could also have something to do with the fact that I haven't had breakfast. Regardless, this would definately catch my attention and draw me in for a bite to eat. Nice pic!
