I have to agree with YogaforCynics much nicer in a photo than in person! What we are recieving on Haida Gwaii is unheard of, our summer high is a moderate 20*C! Have a great weekend. Smiles
Very nice. Here in the Pacific Northwest we've been experiencing record setting temps the past couple of days from 100-107 degrees. You make that seem lukewarm compared to your 117. WOW!
Hi Linnea, agree with everyone else - makes for a great shot but think I prefer our cooler temperatures and even the rain to 117 degrees! The photo really describes Phoenix - a hot, arid, modern city. Janice.
Beautiful skies and lovely perspective. I have friends who live in Arizona and although the skies are lovely, the heat in the summer months wipes me out and the dryness in the winter is challenging too. I prefer when they visit ME at the beach ;--) Hugs and blessings,

No question, 117 degrees is a lot nicer in a photo that in person, particularly with that bright blue sky...

Lovely shot but I think I will avoid Arizona in summer.

Janice.
Love the silvery shimmer on the palms, they just glow against the sky.
Yes, I agree with Arija - the palms look great against the sky. I wouldn't mind being there in the heat just for a day or two...
Here it is not always Summer.Sune only one day, then Rain and Rain and Rain..I dreaming with the images from you.liebe Grüße Manuela
That 47 Celsius, common midday temp here.
Very beautiful picture. Love those palms trees against the blue sky.
Wish I was there!
Beautiful picture:)
That's pretty and very hot. Hopefully it will cool down soon. We are starting with spring weather now.
Ah what can we see beyond the blue? It's the heavenly sky beyond my reach. Great shot!
Love all the curves and movement in this photo!
looking at the palms made me think hula dancers...lovely capture.
have a fab weekend.
Nice shot. I still don't understand why my parents moved to the Phoenix area years ago. Abandon hope, etc...
Too, too, too hot! But thanks for going outside to take a great shot.
Wow 117! Great photo of the palms against the sky.
Wow, 117 is way too hot.
117? YIKES! What's about the 'feels like' temp? But you guys don't have humidity, though. But DEAR GOD IN HEAVEN - Ya'll are roastin out there!
Fantastic photo - those trees are so cool
Happy SWF!
How cool! The palm trees almost pop right off the screen.
Howdy!
We are having a somewhat cool summer. It is in the 60s today but sunny. Lovely photo!

Perfect....
My SWF
117! I guess I'll be happy with the rain we're having. :)
Beautiful shot! I like the curve of the building behind the palms. Really nice composition.
Beautiful and lovely shot !! I love these trees...Unseen Rajasthan
Very nice photo, but I think the temperature is a little to warm. A shadow is a nice thing:)
Your photo is so beautiful...good thing we can't feel the heat through our computer monitor:)
Beautiful sky, but too hot for me!
