It's not a familiar sign to me, though we have a company with similar initials. Our main company in Australia is CSR! Like how all the scaffolding for the sign becomes an artistic ingredient! Great photo!

I bake a lot so that sign is quite familiar! Just wish the packs of sugar still had that font style...lovely shot!
The skies are amazingly blue over California. I would have though they;d be more hazy or cloudy since you are beside the ocean.
I like this old sign and building. It reminds me of a similar one in Toronto on Lake Ontario.

20 years in the East Bay and I never knew this was in Crokett! What a fantastic shot. Kudos. My husband did a lot of carpentry work at the Spreckles' family mansion in SF--a major competing sugar company to C&H.
