Macro Flowers Saturday

Well, its not exactly a macro,
but this is as close as I could get...
a very vibrant orchid for your enjoyment...
(did you know that orchid seeds are the size of dust?)

Exquisite, Linnea. I love the veins in the flowers, and the seldom-seen lightweight stem.

Hi :)
mi piace molto il fiore dell'orchidea.
Bella foto in questo colore rosa... e mi piace l'immagine arcuata che ha il fiore nella foto.
Buona giornata :)

Its an amazing shot and those orchids are gorgeous.
I've never seen an orchid seed, it would be hard to grow the from such tinny seeds.

This flower is a real beauty! And their seeds are that small? How then can we plant it?

Such a pretty Phaeleanopsis orchid. I have over 50 orchids but never a one that has set seed. Some of the growers in my club cross-breed, I will have to investigate about the size of the seeds of different species.
