Ruby Tuesday

On my walk around Washington Park,
I came upon a tree decorated with ornaments and tinsel garland.
Here's one of the ruby red balls enveloped in some early morning frost...

That is so joyful. In days of yore when our grandchildren and various conifers were small, we would all go through the garden and each hand a glass ball on a small tree so that the trees would not feel left out at Christmas time. There were thirteen of us and thirteen small trees so each got a bauble and smiled.
