"F" is for fantastic family and friends, who are helping me through my cancer recurrence. After a 9 1/2 year break from my initial diagnosis, the cancer is back. This time it's in my bones. I've started treatment and keeping a positive outlook. I'm looking forward to resuming blogging and heading back outdoors with my Nikon or my iphone to capture the beauty around me. It also can't hurt to periodically indulge in sweet treats like this cake with yummy frosting...right?

There is nothing like friends and family when going through a cancer journer. I'm a 4 year survivor and my brother is in the middle of six months chemo treatment now.
